Meditation is a wonderful way to quiet the busy mind and bring us to a place of peace and reconnect with source energy so helping us deal with the stresses of modern life.

There are various meditation techniques, for group sessions I offer guided meditation with a spiritual approach to enable personal development, for one to one sessions I offer whatever is appropriate to the individual which maybe a mantra based or a guided meditation. 

Group sessions are held every fortnight.
One to one sessions for people who want something more tailor made are made by appointment.
